The truth is, I have the best job in the world. I am the program coordinator and design manager for this amazing organization. I get to sit down with young people and watch as they share their stories, experiment with poetry and grow as human beings in real time. To say that bearing witness to the untethered creativity of this new generation is an honor would be a massive understatement. Our writers are imaginative, intelligent, kind, and full of surprises; it as an absolute joy to work with them and be able to share their work on a large scale. Here at YAG, we take pride not in ourselves but in our fearless, immensely talented students!

This year, we moved to the Beechmont neighborhood, which we are so very excited for. Our new space means new opportunity for growth and new stories to be told! We ask you to please donate what you can so we can cultivate our new space and ensure that new stories continue to be told by today's young leaders of all backgrounds and statuses.
