Frank's Give for Good: ACLU-KY

I’m a Louisville native, born just a few months after my parents arrived as Cuban refugees. They fled a life of oppression and a complete lack of civil liberties, seeking a better future for their children. They made a home here, and I grew up navigating life on the hyphen between Cuban and American. Along the way, I’ve found friends who feel like family, building a life that honors where I come from and where I am now. The mission of the ACLU of Kentucky is a personal one to me as it works daily in courts, legislatures, and communities to defend the individual rights and liberties guaranteed to all people by the Constitutions of the United States and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
