What if your circumstances changed in a day? You suddenly lost your job along with access to medical insurance. Or if you had a chronic illness like diabetes and cannot afford the necessary medication? What if your medical insurance deductible was $5,000 per person and you must decide between a doctor's visit or putting food on your table? 

These scenarios are very familiar to the many families we serve.

The Hope Health Clinic is here to help!  

Hope Health Clinic sees ALL patients ages 4 and older. We treat patients and offer health education or get them to the program needed for a specific health issue. If you need financial assistance with medicines or procedures outside of the clinic, we get you financially qualified and referred.

• • -Patient Visits are only $15.
  • -Only $6-$9 for Basic Lab Work.
  • -In-House pharmacy with medications provided at NO CHARGE to those without insurance and qualified income levels. Some free medications we provide are Trulicity, Metformin, Lisinopril, Rosuvastatin, etc.
  • -We see patients ages 4 and above.
  • -We are open Monday-Thursday and closed on Holidays.

ONE OF MANY... HOPE HEALTH CLINIC SUCCESS STORY

We had a female patient that came in with severe Rheumatoid Arthritis. Her family had tried getting her help in other states, and they even had to file for bankruptcy twice to be able to afford her medication for her Rheumatoid Arthritis. Then they discovered Hope Health Clinic, and we were able to assist in getting her affordable medication and care. In four months, her pain has been minimal, her hands are almost back to normal, and she can walk again. We at the clinic have been dealing with a lot of advanced diseases, so please pray for all those struggling and their families.

Hope Health Clinic is a community-wide ministry delivering and coordinating quality medical care in a Christ-honoring environment to those who lack access to healthcare. With your donation the Hope Health Clinic will help provide high quality, affordable primary and preventive care to our friends and neighbors in need.  The Clinic is located in La Grange, KY, but we see patients from all over the region: Oldham County, Henry County, Trimble County, Carroll County and eastern Jefferson County.
