The Fuller Center for Housing in Louisville is dedicated to revitalizing neighborhoods and fostering sustainable homeownership. We acquire vacant, abandoned, or foreclosed properties, transforming them into affordable housing for local families. By doing so, we not only enhance the community's appearance but also offer individuals and families an opportunity to build generational wealth.

Our approach includes a collaborative effort with community organizations, churches, and dedicated volunteers who assist in renovating these homes. This partnership ensures that each property is not just restored but revitalized, creating a positive impact on both the new homeowners and the surrounding area.

We serve the most impoverished families by providing a robust education program. Before qualifying for a mortgage, families undergo six months of comprehensive training, equipping them with the skills needed for successful homeownership. This preparation is key to our mission of transforming lives and communities, helping families move from merely surviving to truly thriving.
