Thanks to your contributions in 2021, we renovated our dental office into a state-of-the-art facility. Grow with us in 2023, as we renovate our medical center and add additional services!

Who We Are

Shawnee Christian Healthcare Center (SCHC) is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center that has served the Shawnee neighborhood of Louisville Kentucky for more than 10 years. Our approach to healthcare is unique. We want to address whole person care - physical, mental, spiritual and social. We provide high quality primary care, dental care, mental health care, and school-based health services on a sliding fee scale to make healthcare more affordable to our community. The care we provide goes beyond our clinic walls into the community through outreach, a community garden, and assisting patients access non-health services they need like transportation and utility assistance.
