Nativity Academy at St. Boniface

Nativity Academy at Saint Boniface is an independent, Catholic middle school (grades 6-8) that provides a foundation for a life without limits.

2024 marks the 21st year for our mission driven tuition-free school.

At Nativity Academy, we are providing more than a school classroom. Our students attend traditional educational classes during the school day, participate in after-school Extended Enrichment, and benefit from our Graduate Support Program after completing the eighth grade.  Nativity Academy depends on private donations and grants to cover the cost of tuition that provides students with this highly individualized education. 

The residual impact of a well-educated child cannot be measured by a score or percentage as the impact of education extends far beyond the student and into the Louisville community for years to come.  Our students attend Nativity tuition-free, and our ability to provide this opportunity to children is solely dependent upon the continued support of individuals, businesses, and philanthropic entities within our community.

Who We Are

Nativity Academy was established in 2003 as an independent private Catholic middle school. Our mission is to drive achievement in the education of under-served students whose families demonstrate financial need, and in the process, transform their lives to offer opportunity for the future. Our vision is to impart to each of our students the highest spiritual ideals, moral values, knowledge, learning skills, discipline, character formation and personal care. Our results include 98% of our students graduating from high school which exceeds the local and national average. 83% of our graduates have enrolled in college or post-secondary education. We are truly making a change in our students lives!
